BUTTER HERB BAKED FISH 
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. crushed saltine crackers
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. fish fillet (cod or haddock)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In 9"x13" pan, drizzle with melted butter. Combine saltine crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, parsley and garlic powder. Dip fish in butter then in crumb mixture. Arrange fish in baking pan. Bake 30 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
