COLESLAW MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. sliced radishes
1/4 c. diced green peppers
1 tbsp. minced green onions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool slightly. Add cold water, vinegar, and salt. Chill until partly set. Combine with mayonnaise and beat until smooth. Add vegetables. Put in 1-quart mold; chill until set.
