CHICKEN PAPRIKA 
1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp. paprika
cubed chicken or small chicken pieces
8 oz. sour cream

In an electric skillet, melt butter. Add onion and paprika. Place cut up chicken in skillet and cook for 30 minutes at 250°F. Turn chicken and cook for 30 minutes more. Remove chicken and add soft sour cream to remaining onion mixture. Place chicken back into the skillet and once again, cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
