CHICKEN PAPRIKA IN SOUR CREAM 
1 frying chicken (3 lb. about), cut into pieces
2 med. onions, chopped fine
2 tbsp. sweet paprika
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chicken bouillon
1 c. heavy sour cream
Salt & pepper

Brown chicken, onions and paprika in butter. Add bouillon. Simmer, covered, over low heat for 30 minutes or until tender. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Season to taste 4 servings.
