GOOD MORNING CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
6 eggs, well beaten
2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Picante sauce to taste (optional)
6 slices toast, crumbled
8-oz. grated cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard

Beat eggs well; add milk, salt, pepper, mustard and Picante sauce. To this mixture, add crumbled toast and sausage. Place in 8 1/2 x 13 pan; cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350°F for 45-55 minutes.
