E.Z. & GOOD ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
6-8 c. zucchini, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. American cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano

Mix all ingredients except eggs and oil in large bowl. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Pour into large casserole or 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
