KELLEY'S BANANA BREAD 
3 lg. overripe bananas, mashed
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. unbleached white flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt

Cream butter and sugar together. Add whole egg and bananas. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Pour into large buttered bread tin and bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and top of bread cracks.
