RHUBARB CRUMBLE 
6 c. rhubarb, cut in 1" pieces
6 tbsp. flour
2 c. white sugar
2 beaten eggs

CRUMB TOPPING:

2/3 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Mix rhubarb, sugar and eggs; pour in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix the topping and sprinkle over first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
