RHUBARB PUNCH 
5 c. rhubarb, cut up
2 qt. cold water, cooked until soft, strain
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 can orange juice
1/2 can lemon juice
1 liter gingerale

After the rhubarb is cooked and strained add sugar to the rhubarb and reheat to dissolve sugar. Add orange juice and lemon juice. Stir. Add gingerale just before serving. Optional - add red food coloring.
