ROCK CANDY 
2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup

Stir good. Cook on high 5 minutes, stir. Cook on high 4 more minutes; stir good. Add: 1 tsp. flavoring (except cinnamon, use 1/2 tsp.)

Pour onto cookie sheet. Let cool. Break up and dust with confectioners sugar.
