SAUSAGE AND RICE JAMBALYA | |
1 lb. smoked sausage 1/2 c. chopped onions 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 2 c. cooked rice Cut sausage in bite size pieces and saute with onions, bell pepper and celery until vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes, garlic powder, thyme and cayenne pepper. Fold in cooked rice and heat 5 minutes. |
