CHAMPAGNE SORBET 
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 2 lemons
2 c. dry white wine or your favorite champagne
1/2 c. whipping cream

Boil sugar in the water for 5 minutes. Cool completely. Add juices and wine. Chill and freeze. When just about frozen, whip cream and fold into mixture. Return to freezer. Garnish with mint leaf if you like. Serves 8.
