HAMBURG ITALIANO 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
1 can mushrooms, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 tomato
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in large skillet, saute onions and green peppers until tender. Add beef, cook, stirring over medium heat until browned. Add salt and pepper, oregano and Worcestershire sauce.

Meanwhile, cook macaroni, drain. Add beef mixture, mushrooms, tomato sauce and chopped tomatoes. Toss well to combine all ingredients. Bake covered for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered until it's brown.
