BUSTER BAR DESSERT | |
2 c. powdered sugar 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk 2/3 c. chocolate chips 1 c. butter 1 lb. Oreo cookies 1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened 1 tsp. vanilla Mix thoroughly the following and boil 8 minutes, stirring constantly, the powdered sugar, evaporated milk, chocolate chips and 1/2 cup butter. Then add 1 teaspoon vanilla and cool. Crush 1 pound Oreos and add 1/2 cup melted butter. Pat in a 9 x 13 inch pan and let set in freezer until firm. Then spread 1 1/2 cups Spanish peanuts over cookie mixture. Spread 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream over peanuts, then cover with chocolate mixture and freeze. |
