Broth - boiled chicken parts 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped onion 3 chopped bell peppers 8 boiled eggs 3/4 tsp. sage 1/2 stick butter 2 bags corn bread stuffing mix (1 reg. flour & 1 herb flavored) 1 sm. pan cornbread baked Melt butter; add in onions, celery, bell pepper and sage. Simmer until all is soft. In a large pot chop up meat. Add dressing mix. Add in chopped eggs. Add in pan of cornbread. Add in broth from chicken. Mix in the celery mixture. Mix well. Put in pan and bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown or top is firm. |
