PEPPER STEAK 
1 lg. round steak
1 env. onion soup mix
Salt, pepper, flour
3 to 4 c. water
1 sm. bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 bouillon cube

Cut steak into serving pieces. Flour steak, brown on both sides in oil. Cover with water, add onion soup and green pepper. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Thicken sauce with flour in water, add bouillon cube.
