BEEF STEW DUMPLINGS 
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tbsp. oil
1 egg, beaten
6 tbsp. water or milk

Mix all ingredients and drop by tablespoon on top of stew. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes without removing lid. Serve with stew.
