MARYLAND CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 lg. or 2 sm. eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
Butter for frying

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients; mix well. Make 6 or 8 patties. Fry in butter 5 minutes on each side. Really great!!
