1 lb. crab meat
1 egg
2-3 tbsp. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. red pepper
3 slices bread, not too dry
Mazola corn oil

Clean crab meat to get out pieces of shell. Beat next 5 ingredients in bowl. Cut bread into pieces. Mix all ingredients together well. Fry cakes in oil for about 10 minutes. Remove to paper towels.
