CHICKEN NUGGETS 
1 lb. chicken breasts, cut in 1/2 inch squares
1/2 c. Quaker oat bran
1/2 to 1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
Optional dash salt
1 lg. egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Liberally spray 9x13 inch metal pan with butter Pam. Skin and cut up chicken breasts. Mix oat bran, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and salt together. Beat egg in small bowl.

Dip chicken pieces, one at a time, in oat bran mixture again. Coat well. Place in pan. Spray top of nuggets with butter Pam. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Do not overbake. (4 servings). Optional: shrimp could be used instead of chicken.
