TUNA DELIGHTS | |
1 (6 oz.) can tuna (drained) 1 lg. (4 oz.) can deviled ham (Underwood) 1 stalk chopped celery 1/4 c. French (creamy) dressing 3 English muffins (6 halves) CHEESE TOPPING: 3 oz. soft Philadelphia cream cheese 1 tbsp. French (creamy) dressing 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder Combine first four ingredients and place on the six English muffin halves. Place one thin slice of tomato on top of each muffin half. Mix the cheese topping ingredients and place on top of each tomato slice. (Divide evenly.) Place muffin halves on a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve warm. |
