SAUTEED FRUIT 
2 apples, peeled and cored and cut in slices
2 pears, peeled and cored and cut in slices
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. orange marmalade
1 tbsp. cooking sherry

Toss apple and pears in lemon juice. In large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add pears and apple and saute over medium heat until fruit is tender. Transfer to serving bowl. In same skillet, add 1 tablespoon butter, marmalade and cooking sherry. Stir until melted. Pour sauce over fruit in serving bowl. Add oranges and toss gently. Garnish with mint. Delicious cold weather dish.
