1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nut meats
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant pudding
3 c. milk
Grated nuts

Mix butter, flour and nut meats and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of the Cool whip. Spread over cooled crust and refrigerate. Mix instant pudding with milk.

Spread on above two layers. Cover with rest of Cool Whip after pudding layer sets. Sprinkle with nuts and refrigerate.
