RENEE'S CHICKEN DIJONNAISE 
3 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 c. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. butter
2 to 4 tbsp. Dijon mustard (to taste)
1 c. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add chicken and stir over heat until cooked through (about 5 minutes). Add mustard, stirring over heat another minute. Add sour cream, salt, and pepper. Cook and toss for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through. Do not boil sauce. Serve on a bed of rice or buttered noodles.
