STIR FRY CHICKEN 
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut in bite-size pieces
2 lg. cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Pepper to taste
1/4 c. green onions, chopped

Combine all ingredients, except the chicken, to create a marinade. Add chicken to the marinade. Stir-fry marinated chicken. Add remaining marinade and cook until thickened. Stir-fry in snow peas and serve over rice.
