BUTTERY CINNAMON SKILLET APPLES 
1/3 c. butter
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
4 to 6 med. unpeeled apples, cored

Melt butter in skillet. Stir in sugar and cornstarch. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on medium heat until apples are tender. Vanilla can be used in place of cinnamon. Very good for brunch or side dish with pork. I use an electric frying pan.
