CLAM FRITTERS 
1 1/3 c. minced clams (raw if possible, but canned clams may be used)
4 eggs, beaten

Eggs should be beaten with:

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. MSG or Accent

Add:

1 1/2 c. cold cooked rice
4 level tbsp. flour

Mix all ingredients together and fry like pancakes on a hot griddle about 3 minutes on each side. Serve with cocktail sauce and lemon juice.
