CLAM FRITTERS 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/6 tsp. paprika
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. chopped clams

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and paprika and mix to batter with beaten eggs and milk. Add chopped clams to batter. Put a small amount of oil in fry pan. Dropping batter by tablepsoonfuls into oil, when brown turn and brown other side. Serve plain or with tomato catsup. Serves 4.
