CHERRY DESSERT 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. butter, softened
2 env. Dream Whip
8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cans cherry pie filling mix

Blend flour, brown sugar, chopped walnuts and softened butter. Pat into bottom of 9x12 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.

While warm, crumble and pat back into pan. Mix Dream Whip according to package directions. Mix cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and vanilla; fold into Dream Whip. Spread over crust and then top with cherry pie filling. Chill for about 12 hours before serving.
