BARBEQUED MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. pepper

BARBEQUE SAUCE:

1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Sauce: Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan and bring to a boil.

Meatballs: Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Shape into 16 (1 1/2 inch) meatballs. Place in 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Cover with sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Microwave: Use sauce ingredients but omit water. Combine in 1 quart casserole. Add meatballs and microwave on high for 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
