BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c. Cheese Whiz
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. quick cooking rice

In a 10 inch skillet, melt butter on lowest heat setting. Add broccoli and onion; saute on medium heat, covered. Stir broccoli occasionally until onion is transparent and broccoli is thawed. Add soup, Cheese Whiz and milk; blend well and remove from heat. Cook rice according to instructions. Drain. Add to broccoli mixture. Pour into a buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole dish and bake covered for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
