NO-BAKE COOKIES 
3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. quick oats
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter

Cook sugar, milk, butter, and salt until soft ball stage. Quickly add oats, vanilla, and peanut butter. Drop by a teaspoon onto wax paper. Cool.

For chocolate, add 2 tablespoons cocoa and 2 tablespoons sugar. Omit peanut butter.
