STEAK RANCHERO 
2 lg. cans tomatoes, chopped (include liquid)
3-5 green chilies, pureed
3-5 yellow chilies, pureed
1 lg. yellow onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 round steak, slice 2 inch thin strips
Flour
Salt, pepper, chili powder to taste

Cover round steak with flour and lightly brown in a small amount of oil in a large heavy pot. Add all other ingredients and simmer until meat is tender (add water or tomato sauce if more liquid is needed). Takes about 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
