ELABORATE SPINACH 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
3 lg. tomatoes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. chopped green onions
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. leaf thyme crumbs
2 beaten eggs

Cook and drain spinach. Peel and slice tomatoes into 10 or 12 thick slices. Lay tomato slices in flat baking dish and sprinkle with garlic salt. Mix the remaining ingredients. Spoon on top of tomatoes and sprinkle more bread crumbs and cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
