EVERYDAY WAFFLES 
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. salad oil
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Sift dry ingredients together. Combine egg yolks, milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites, leaving a few fluffs. Bake about 5 minutes.
