TURKEY MEAT PIE 
2 lbs. ground turkey
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 tsp. cloves
2/3 tsp. allspice
1 onion chopped fine
1 stick celery
1/2 pkg. saltines (crushed)

A bit of water to cover bottom of pan. Add onion, cook until tender. Add all other ingredients except saltines. When meat is cooked add saltines. Put in pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees F. about 50 minutes. Excellent substitute for beef or pork pie.
