PASTA SALAD 
2 c. macaroni shells, uncooked
2 c. lightly cooked broccoli
2 c. lightly cooked cauliflower
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
1/2 c. Bernstein's Italian dressing and marinade or any other Italian type of oil and vinegar dressing
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1 c. sliced fresh or canned mushrooms
1 tomato, sliced
1/4 c. green onion, diced
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients with cooked shells. Mix well. Chill. Toss before serving. Any other cooked vegetable may be added to this. Tuna fish is good also.
