4 c. red leaf lettuce
1 pt. strawberries
2 kiwi fruit
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. dill weed

Wash, dry and tear leaf lettuce, wash and hull strawberries, slice. Peel and slice kiwi. Arrange on lettuce in bowl. Mix dressing. Just before serving drizzle dressing over salad ingredients. Very impressive especially at Christmas.
