SIEGI'S PALACHINKINS 
1 c. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 of a 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs

Beat well. Cook on medium-high in 10 inch teflon coated frying pan. Lightly coat pan with oil before adding one ladle full of batter. Spread batter out over entire pan. Cook until lightly browned, turn and repeat. Fill palachinkins with your favorite breakfast filling and roll them up. Makes 9.
