GREGORY'S SCRAMBLED EGGS 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper

Crack eggs into small bowl. Beat with fork to blend. Beat in milk, salt and pepper. Heat butter in small skillet until bubbly. Add eggs and stir using a wooden spoon scraping bottom of pan. When almost set, flip with spatula. Pour onto plate and serve immediately. Serves 1.

A good addition is chopped ham and finely chopped or grated cheese. If adding cheese, reduce milk to 1 tablespoon and add about 1 slice grated or chopped cheese.
