SCRAMBLED EGG BAKE 
12 eggs
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. bacon
6 oz. sour cream

Beat eggs and scramble to soft stage. Put eggs in greased 7 x 11-inch dish. Dice bacon and fry until crisp. Drain. Spread sour cream over eggs. Sprinkle with bacon and top with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8. May be prepared the night before and refrigerated until baked.
