CHEESY HASH BROWNS 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. Mr. Del's shredded hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. diced onion

Melt butter; add pepper, salt, sour cream, chicken soup, onion and 1 cup cheese. Mix then add to slightly defrosted potatoes; mix well. Put in greased 9"x13" pan, top with 1 cup cheddar cheese then bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Top with 2 to 3 cups crushed corn flakes, drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter and bake a few minutes more. Serves 10.
