JANEY'S BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground sirloin or coarse cut round
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 lb. fresh or canned mushrooms
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 pkg. noodles

Cut meat into bite-size pieces or grind for hamburger. Brown with mushrooms. Add soup and slow simmer while noodles are boiled in salted water. Drain and add noodles to meat mix. Add sour cream and heat gently. Too hot a fire will curdle mix. Serve and enjoy.
