APPLE CAKE 
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. apples, peeled and chopped
10 oz. can Butter Tastin Flakey Biscuits
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. pecan halves

GLAZE:

1/3 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 inch square pan with 1 tablespoon butter.

Pour apples on pan and arrange biscuits over apples. In a bowl, stir in 1 tablespoon butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, corn syrup and egg and mix until sugar is dissolved. Add pecans and pour over biscuit pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.

In a small bowl, mix all glaze ingredients until smooth. Glaze over warm cake and let it cool. Keep in refrigerator.
