CANDIED CRANBERRY YAMS 
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. quick oats, uncooked
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter
2 (17 oz.) cans yams, drained
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. cranberries

Cut 1/3 cup butter into the flour, brown sugar, oats and cinnamon until you have a coarse crumb mixture. Toss 1 cup of the crumb mixture with the 2 (17 ounce) cans of yams (which have been drained) and the 2 cups of cranberries.

Place in a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with the remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows and broil until lightly browned.
