BUTTERSCOTCH BANANA BREAD 
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. mashed bananas (2 med.)
2 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices. Combine bananas, sugar, eggs, butter and blend well. Alternately blend in flour mixture with milk. Add butterscotch chips.

Pour into greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Cool 30 minutes before removing from pan. Makes 1 large 9x5x3 inch or 2 small loaves.
