BEANS AND SAUSAGE | |
2 (16 oz.) cans brick oven baked beans 1/2 lb. sausages, cut in bite size pieces 1/4 c. barbecue sauce 1 c. crushed corn chips 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese 1/2 c. chopped onions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine beans, sausage, and sauce in a 2-quart casserole. Combine chips, cheese, onions. Top beans with corn chips mixture. Bake for 25 minutes. Yield: 8-10 servings. |
