HOT SAUSAGE - BEAN DIP 
1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1 16 oz. can pork and beans in tomato sauce
2 oz. sharp American cheese, shredded (1/2 cup)
2 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Few drops bottled hot pepper sauce

In skillet break sausage into small pieces. Cook slowly until browned, about 10 minutes. Drain off fat. In blender, combine cooked sausage, beans, shredded cheese, catsup, mustard and hot pepper sauce. Blend until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides of blender.

Return to skillet and heat. Serve with corn chips.

Makes 2 1/2 cups.
