LOW-CAL MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground beef (or turkey)
2 eggs
12 soda crackers, crushed
1 sm. can mushrooms
1/2 c. onions, diced
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
8 tsp. ketchup
2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. brown sugar substitute

Combine beef, eggs, cracker crumbs, mushrooms, onions and salt. Shape into loaf. Bake on rack for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Put on top of meatloaf. Bake 5 minutes more. Serves 4; each serving = 3 1/2 protein, 1/2 bread, 20 cal.
