2 lbs. baby beef ribs

BASTING SAUCE:

3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. chili sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of black pepper
Dash of dry mustard

Place ribs in a single layer in shallow roasting pan. Roast ribs at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes, turning once. Prepare sauce, remove ribs from oven. Brush ribs with sauce on both sides, return to oven, bake about 20 minutes or until ribs are tender.
